I would just like to say how amazing the chef and the food was, everyone was quite impressed with the salads and meat. The gentleman who served us was a very lovely man and brilliant at his job. It was compliment after compliment in regards to the service and great quality of food which was served.
I have to say you have outstanding staff at ACC. I could not fault any of them. They are an absolute credit to your business and the training you provide. It is so clear they know exactly what they are meant to be doing and they were extremely helpful in guiding me yesterday. They were particularly delightful to deal with.
I extend a heartfelt thank-you to your team who catered the wedding. I was amazed that they were able to turn out wonderful food and serve it efficiently, with good humor and attention to individual needs through the middle of a thunderstorm and downpour from a less than adequate tent.
